What Is Your Glory?

I watched a wonderful, heart-warming Hallmark movie last night.  One of the Rabbis questions to his young friend was,  "What Is Your Glory"? The question went straight to my heart, Skipp's too and we both new the answer for ourselves and for one another.  Skipp's is his musical talents; singer-song writer, guitarist and pianist.  And mine?  To give counsel to and advocate for those in need.

And so I ask all of you - "What Is Your Glory?"

My glory is to only see the good in people and make life all about love......:-)Hugs

You and Skipp have great glories! :-) I guess mine would be always being kind. The Significant Other tells me "you're too nice." I don't know what "too" nice is, but I'll take it!

Great thought-evoking question, Gail. I ponder...
I think my glory is to share the Love of the Lord in every way that I can. Sincerely caring is one of the best ways I know....a gentle reminder that God is love.
Hugs,
Jackie

Yes, my "glory" is my writing. It is one of the accidental gifts of my becoming ill. Now I cannot imagine not writing. Thanks for appreciating my poems.

I loved reading everybody's 'Glory' answers. Yours and Bernie's really made me smile. So beautiful.

I don't know what my Glory is. So strange. This post makes me feel the same way I felt when I read about a man's near death experience ~ God asked him "What have you learned and who have you helped?" ~ and I wondered what I would be able to answer if God asked that of me.
I feel sort of sad and empty inside, and very scared. Like I've missed a wonderful opportunity.

I think Whitemist sums me up best, a life-long search.

Love and Prayers,
Eileen

EILEEN - oh my, of all those I know thru blog-land I knew immediately what 'your glory' is, as I did with others too. I have always admired, appreciated and honored your being "Umma" to your grandchildren - you have written/created and continue to write and create wonderful, loving, life-giving chapters in your grandchildren's life stories - THIS IS YOUR GLORY -
Love to you always
